We track 2 classes, "Assets" and "Proposed Capital Expenditures"

Assets

Assets = Items that we own that have a value that we can depreciate.
Examples:

• Qualify as Assets = Buildings, Boats, Motors, Appliances, etc...
• Do Not Qualify as Assets = Oars, PFD's, Chain, Line, Shackles, buckets, etc...

Tracking Assets allows you to plan for future Capital Expenditures.

Proposed Capital Expenditures

Proposed Capital Expenditures = Any item or service we don't normally include in our operational budget.

The Proposed Capital Expenditures Report is listed by committee and importance.
There are four rankings for importance:

1. Approved (12 months or less)
2. Considering (24 months or less)
3. Observing (24-60 months)
4. Holding (60 months or more)

Administration
An area for adding and editing records.
