6:35 PM Meeting was called to order

1. Michael Kerbaugh presented his case based on original polars to appeal the J/92 rating. Gene Cloutier presented an argument against changing the J/92 rating. A motion was made and seconded not to change the J/92 rating. Rod Carr abstained from the vote and all others on the LCPHRF Committee voted not to change the J/92 rating.

2. Alan Ouellette agreed to revise the current appeal form to include both appealing one's own rating as well as the rating of another boat.

3. Further discussion ensued on Dale Hyerstay's appeal of the C&C 99 rating. Alan Ouellette made the motion to change the C&C 99 rating to 108 based on the Chesapeake where the heaviest concentration of C&C 99's exists. Adam Dantzscher seconded the motion. Rod Carr abstained and all others present voted to change the rating to 108.

4. The rating application for the Niagara 31 was discussed. After discussion it was decided to give the boat a tentative base rating of 162 adjusted to 165 for the roller furling added.

5. The current LCPHRF Bylaws were ratified for 2009 by a unanimous vote .

6. The next meeting (if needed) was set for May 18 at 6:30 at GE Healthcare.
